End-game players should unlock Mike at Back Alley, reach 1,575 Luck with Energy Drinks and start The Onyx Contract before farming mutations. Everyone else can work on the Power Plant quests, save Uranium Ore for Nuclear Meltdown attempts and build certificate loadouts around a specific activity instead of replacing a useful everyday perk.
The update adds several separate grinds, so do not try to chase everything at once. Pick the route that matches your current progress and prepare the resources before committing to a long session.

Onyx is a 175x standard mutation unlocked through Mike. If Mike has not reached Back Alley, first get arrested through the Police auctions, complete his Jail quest and finish his digging quest outside the prison. You can then find him near the Back Alley auctions and Black Market dealer.
The contract works down through the regular mutation ladder. The rarest totals are smaller, but Chrome, Hologram and Void can still turn this into a long grind if you begin with no preparation.

Nuclear Meltdown shares the Power Plant setup used for Acid Rain. Complete the four Engineer tiers and the Mad Scientist task, collect 750 kg of Uranium Ore from auctions, then deposit it at the Power Plant. An activation can produce Nuclear Meltdown instead of Acid Rain.
The update also adds a rideable Surfboard to the Lucky Beach index and changes club Luck. The video reports that individual club Luck now caps at 4%, and inactive members receive seven missed days before losing 100 XP for each additional missed day.
Most of this update rewards preparation. A few quick checks before farming can prevent hours of progress from going toward the wrong objective or loadout.

Move Mike from the Jail to Back Alley by completing his earlier quests, reach 1,575 Luck, then accept and complete The Onyx Contract. The reward unlocks the 175x Onyx mutation in auctions.
The quest asks you to find the required mutations after accepting it. Save mutation gavels rather than relying on items already sitting in storage, and confirm the tracker is active before opening auctions.
Complete the Power Plant quest line, deposit 750 kg of Uranium Ore and activate the event. Nuclear Meltdown can appear in place of Acid Rain, so keep enough ore for repeated attempts.

The Surfboard appears in the Lucky Beach index as a Mythic. The video suggests targeting $5 million-plus auctions, but that auction threshold is an observation rather than a confirmed drop rule.
